Questions
Can I change my roster after I submit it?
Yes. Reply to your receipt email with the changes and we'll update it. Roster changes close Monday, November 23.
What if a player joins late or we need extra players?
Add them by replying to your receipt email by Monday, November 23. Each new player also needs their own waiver. There's no roster limit, but only 12 players can be used in a single match.
What is a CIPP or USA Rugby ID?
It's a player's membership number with their national rugby union. CIPP is USA Rugby's player membership. Players from other countries use their own union's ID, for example from Rugby Canada or the RFU.
What if a player doesn't have an ID yet?
Submit anyway. Leave the ID blank and reply to your receipt email with it once the player has one. A temporary ID is fine.
My team is based outside the US. What do we need?
A permission-to-tour letter from your national union. Upload it on the coach form.
I made a mistake on my form. How do I fix it?
Reply to your receipt email with the correction. If you can't find the email, write to ny7sdirector@newyorkrugby.com.
Can we ask for a particular kickoff time?
Yes, there's an optional schedule-request field on the roster form. You can ask for a kickoff time, or name teams you'd rather not draw because you play them often locally. We'll try to make it work, but we can't confirm requests.
